The Board has contracted with Concrete Jack for sidewalk repairs and leveling, beginning Monday, July 21st in courts 3,4,7,8,12 and 15. The work is expected to be completed in one day.
To facilitate this work, there are parking spaces in some of the affected courts that will need to be vacated by 8:00 AM on Monday the 21st as follows:
Court 3 – Parking spaces 159-163 and 168-171
Court 4 – 189-191 and 194-199
Court 12 – 369 and 370
Court 15 – 440-445
Please note that vehicles parked in the spaces noted above on the 21st, will be subject to towing, at the co-owners’ expense. Please be sure to make arrangements for your vehicles in advance of this work.
This work is weather permitting and subject to change. If work is delayed, residents will be notified of the new date.
