Dear Residents,

The Board has contracted with Rose Paving to perform crack fill, sealcoating and striping in courts 3,5,10,12,13 and 16 next week, July 14-17th.

The schedule below is weather permitting, and may be subject to changes:

7/14 Courts 3, 5, and 10 crack fill and sealcoat. Parking lots will be closed beginning at 8:00 AM through 7/15 for curing.

7/15 Courts 3, 5 and 10 remain closed, and striping is performed. Lots will open following striping (2 hours following completion).

7/16 Courts 12, 13, and 16 closed for crack fill and sealcoat. Parking lots will be closed beginning at 8:00 AM through 7/17 for curing.

7/17 Courts 12, 13, and 16 remain closed, and striping is performed. Lots will open following striping (2 hours following completion).

Please note that vehicles parked in the lots on the closure dates provided, will be subject to towing, at the co-owners expense. Please be sure to make arrangements for your vehicles in advance of this work.

While the lots are closed, you may place your trash/recycling bins at the entrance of the courts so our trash and recycling companies can pick them up without having to drive in the Courts. If you are having packages delivered to your home, please instruct for the packages to be dropped off at your back gate.
