Dear Residents:
The Board of Directors has contracted Dominion Paving to apply a durable coating to the concrete surface between courts 12 and 13 tomorrow, Friday the 16th and work will continue through Saturday, the 17th. The alley will remain closed through Sunday the 18th. Please note that the surface should not be walked or driven on until the signs and caution tape have been removed.
This work is scheduled to begin tentatively around 8:00 AM daily. While the work is underway, you will see contractors and heavy machinery parked at the service road.
Residents can expect a substantial amount of noise associated with this project.
