Dear Residents:

Please be advised that as of yesterday, contractors were onsite performing snow cleanup. Mounds were shifted, accessible parking spaces cleared and sidewalks were cleaned. The maintenance team continues to address areas as needed and will assess areas for trash/recycling. Shenandoah will return only on an as needed basis.

Due to the snow and ice drifts, our trash company will not be placing recycling buckets out this week. However, they still plan on picking up the recycling. Please place your recycling out with trash near the parking lot corners. This is helping them a lot with pick-up.

As ice begins to melt, we are noticing much of it falling from the roofs. Your safety is of upmost importance. Please take extreme caution of this when entering and exiting the units.
