Dear Residents:

Crews are wrapping up their third day of snow removal in the Glen. Services will begin again in the morning. We are aware of the slow progress, and we thank you for your continued understanding that this is due to conditions.

All courts should have by now at least had one pass over the lots to accommodate emergency vehicles and ensure they have room to enter and exit if needed. We are very aware that many vehicles are still blocked in. The contractor feels it necessary to address safety concerns prior to assisting with freeing up the vehicles. They have stated that once all ingress/egress to the units and court entrances has been completed, they will circle back and start addressing more cleanup to the lots.

The shovel crew continues to work court by court, but each day is a little more difficult and slower progress than the preceding day, due to the freezing conditions and density of the ice they are working with. We are aware that some courts have not yet had their entrances and walks shoveled, and we do understand the concern this is causing. Please rest assured that we are doing our absolute best to get these areas addressed. We have not forgotten about anyone; it is just a much longer process than we ever expected.

Please note that the contractors do not have time frames for when crews will get to a community or court. We are reaching out to the court reps daily to gain feedback on which courts need to be prioritized. Courts that have not had any shoveling or lot work need to take priority over courts that have had some cleanup.

Sanding services began today and will be ongoing.

A big thank you to residents for being so very patient. A huge shoutout to all our residents out there working in the courts to assist with this process. I cannot thank everyone enough for all the support.

Your safety is of upmost importance. If your walkways have not been cleared, we encourage you to not use them if you don’t have to. There have also been reports of ice coming off the roofs, therefore residents need to take extreme caution when entering and exiting the units.

Stay safe and warm,

Management and Board of Directors
