ATTENTION Fairlington Glen Residents of Courts 1-4 & 13-16:

WEATHER PERMITTING

Exterior preparation and painting in courts 1-4 has been contracted with Kolas Contracting and is scheduled to start on:

Tuesday, September 2, 2025

Exterior preparation and painting in courts 13-16 has been contracted with Ploutis Contracting and is scheduled to start on:

Monday, September 8, 2025

While the work is underway, you will see workers on ladders.

We recommend that residents:

• Close all windows, blinds or drapes for privacy
• Remove items near/on or around the building

(I.e. furniture, rugs, storage bins, hanging pots, decorative items, etc)

Move large items 6 feet away from the building

• Unlock gates, window well grates and storm doors
• Remove storm windows (if any) in order to have your wooden sashes painted
• Restrain any pets

We expect the work to last about five weeks, but could last longer with consideration to weather delays.

We apologize for any inconveniences during the work, including workers and equipment entering and exiting your patio and B-Building foyers.
